Jordan Lussey, Kevin Stewart, Jack Dunn and Jordan Williams are the four Liverpool players that have been sent out on loan today. Under-21 midfielder Lussey joins Championship side Bolton Wanderers on a youth deal until the end of the season. Stewart and Dunn both join League Two side Burton Albion on initial one-month deals. Williams joins League One side Notts County on a loan spell until the end of the season.

Lussey was the first player to be loaned out. He signed for Championship side Bolton Wanderers until the end of the season. The Liverpool midfielder, 20, has been through a torrid time as of late with injuries, and looks to gain valuable first team experience with Neil Lennon’s side. They currently lie 17th in the Championship, and have faced Lussey’s parent club in the FA Cup earlier in the season.

Lussey last featured for the Under-21s last month, playing a cameo role in the Reds’ 2-0 triumph of Chelsea, but did score 3 times in 15 appearances for Michael Beale’s side last season. He joins fellow Academy team-mates Jerome Sinclair, Sheyi Ojo and Joao Teixeira in the Championship.

The Liverpool midfielder has also represented England at youth level, and has almost breakthrough into the first team squad. In May 2014, he was an unused substitute in a friendly against League of Ireland side Shamrock Rovers, and he more recently travelled with the Reds for their Europa League clash at Besiktas in February.

Stewart and Dunn’s deals were both announced at the same time. Stewart signed for the Reds from Tottenham last summer, and gained some valuable first-team experience in pre-season. Dunn has already broke into the first team. In May 2014, he scored in the Reds 4-0 win at Shamrock Rovers in an end-of-the-season friendly.

Both Dunn and Stewart have already enjoyed loan spells in the Football League. The Under-21 pair both spent some time on loan at fellow League Two side Cheltenham Town, but both were re-called because of injury. They join up with Liverpool team-mates Lloyd Jones and Danny Ward, who are on loan at Accrington Stanley and Morecambe respectively. Jimmy Floyd-Hasselbaink has led Burton to the top of League Two, so it will be good experience for the duo.

Finally, Jordan Williams has signed for League One side Notts County on a youth-loan until the end of the season. The defensive midfielder, 19, is currently away on International duty with Wales Under-21s so will not be in the matchday squad on Saturday. Williams made his debut for the Reds in their 14-13 penalty shoot-out win against Middlesbrough in the Capital One Cup in September.
